Sansiri has announced the launch of the Krungthep Kreetha community, a project valued at 30 billion Thai Baht, showcasing the advantage of the best location. The community is accessible via two important roads, boasts comprehensive internal facilities, and is developed in collaboration with the Japanese major developer Tokyu Corporation. This new residential project, Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha, is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of this year.
Large urban communities are not a new development concept for Sansiri, as seen with the T77 community in the On Nut area. For this community, it is defined as a sub-community of a large city. This year, Sansiri is prepared to further unleash the potential of the Krungthep Kreetha area by collaborating with leading partners to create a perfect living society. Each project boasts outstanding designs, including the security of Liv – 24 and The Greenery Line, a tree-lined road with solar-powered streetlights on both sides and an underground wiring system spanning over 1.7 kilometers. The area covers 500 rai on both sides of the new Krungthep Kreetha Road, reaching Ramkhamhaeng Road in just 2 minutes.
The residential demand in this area ranks first, growing at approximately 10% annually. This location is part of a large town planning, making it a pleasant residential area as factories cannot be built. The new road can have up to 6 lanes, and it is also close to the BTS Skytrain station. Currently, the land price adjacent to the main road Kruathep is 140,000 Thai Baht per wah (Thai land unit).
Similar to the T77 community with international schools, the Brighton College International School is nearby, just 900 meters away. Other international shopping centers are only a few minutes away. Sansiri has successfully integrated various international businesses and facilities in the T77 community and aims to do the same here. Recently, two projects with a total area of 155 rai and a total value of 7.5 billion have been sold at this location.
Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha is a residential and villa project located in Hua Mak, Bangkok, completed in June 2022.
