Choosing a condominium with a pet involves decisions that extend well beyond the apartment door. Lift journeys, exercise space and shared-area rules all become part of the home. At ASPIRE Sukhumvit 103, AP has made those daily interactions a central part of the proposed design. Its appeal deserves to be considered alongside the scale of the development, the journey to the station and the details of the particular unit being purchased.
A low-rise project with substantial scale
Located in Soi Udom Suk 22, off Sukhumvit 103 in Bangkok’s Bang Na district, ASPIRE Sukhumvit 103 comprises six eight-storey buildings. The official brochure lists 1,126 residential units and two commercial units on a site of 10 rai, 1 ngan and 26 square wah.
That combination matters: relatively modest building height still comes with a sizeable resident population. For a buyer, the useful questions concern the position of a chosen building, routes through the grounds and the location of shared amenities. These deserve as much attention as the view from an individual apartment.
Understanding the Udom Suk connection
AP states that the project is 900 metres from BTS Udom Suk and advertises a shuttle service. The distance provides a useful starting point for understanding the address, while the practical commute will depend on the route and the service actually available.
Visit at the time you normally travel. Check pavement conditions, crossings and the last stretch into the project, especially if you expect to walk in hot weather or rain. Ask for the shuttle’s proposed route, timetable, charges and operating arrangements. A published station distance cannot establish a dependable door-to-platform journey on its own.
Pet-friendly living starts with the building
Buildings C and D are designated pet-friendly. AP describes Pet Pal Suite specifications including Organic Care paint, closer-spaced guardrails, scratch- and water-resistant surfaces, anti-slip tiles and a bathroom pet door. The developer also describes a pet-presence alert for lifts. These are developer-stated design features, rather than independently tested performance claims.
For an owner, their value depends on the animal and everyday routines. Confirm which specifications apply to the selected unit, and request the pet regulations covering permitted animals, size or number limits, registration, fees and movement through common areas. The building designation establishes the broad arrangement; the final rules determine how comfortably it works in practice.
Choosing between the 27–45 sq m layouts
The brochure presents one-bedroom units of 27 and 30.5 sq m, a 35 sq m One Bedroom Plus, a 38 sq m Plus Corner and a 45 sq m two-bedroom layout. These give buyers several ways to allocate space between sleeping, working and sharing a home.
Test the plan against actual furniture dimensions. A desk, dining surface, pet bed and litter tray or feeding area can compete for the same circulation space. For the Plus layouts, examine the additional area’s dimensions and arrangement before deciding whether it suits your intended use. An illustrated plan is a starting point; the unit-specific plan and sale specifications should guide the decision.
Shared facilities and how they may be used
AP markets more than 6,000 sq m of recreational facilities. The proposed mix includes The Aqua pool, described as longer than 30 metres, The Pulse fitness areas, workspaces and Palductive Space. Pet-oriented elements include Play Yard & Furground, Cloud Pal, Sky Pal Garden and reservable Pal Grooming.
The range is relevant to residents who spend significant time at home. Its everyday usefulness will depend on access rules, opening hours, booking arrangements and maintenance. Ask which areas welcome pets, which are reserved for other uses and whether additional charges apply. Promotional illustrations show the developer’s proposed environment and do not demonstrate completed facilities.
Putting the price and timetable in context
On 13 October 2026, AP’s project page displayed an advertised starting price of THB 2.59 million, subject to conditions. This is a dated advertising reference, not confirmation of an available unit at that price. Request a written quotation identifying the building, floor, layout, inclusions, payment schedule and applicable fees before comparing alternatives.
The official brochure sets out a planned construction start in January 2026 and expected completion around August 2027. Those dates are a published plan, not a verified progress update or guaranteed handover. Buyers should request current progress and contractual delivery terms. The strongest case for this project will come from matching its proposed pet-friendly arrangements and layouts to a real household’s needs, with the purchase details checked individually.
