What we look at before you buy.

Four checks on every investment, in this order.

  1. 01Yield

Realistic rents for the building and the floor, not brochure numbers, and what management will cost you.

  2. 02Exit

Who will buy it from you, when, and at what discount to new launches next door.

  3. 03Foreign quota

Foreigners can own a condominium unit freehold within the building’s 49% foreign quota. We check the quota before you pay a deposit.

  4. 04Tax and fees

Transfer fees, specific business tax or stamp duty on resale, withholding tax and tax on rental income, examined before you commit.

Numbers worth knowing.

The rules every foreign investor in Thailand should have in front of them.
