A condo ready to move into, or a home that already has someone renting it? The promotion announced by condo developer Noble on 8 October 2026 includes both. For buyers looking for their own home, it lists ready-to-move choices in Bangna from THB2.39 million, Ari from THB4.9 million and Thong Lo from THB7.79 million. The lower-priced offers of THB1.35 million and THB1.65 million come with existing tenants.

The developer, Noble Development Public Company Limited, calls this eight-project promotion A DEAL FAMILY. All prices below are the starting prices or prices for particular apartments in that announcement. Conditions vary by project. Before choosing a home, ask whether that apartment is still for sale and get its current price and offer terms.

Three ready-to-move choices for your own home

Bangna: Nue Mega Plus Bangna, from THB2.39 million. It is next to Mega Bangna shopping mall, with shared facilities across five floors. If you spend much of your time in Bangna and want a completed condo, this is a place to start comparing.

Ari: Nue Evo Ari, one-bedroom apartments from THB4.9 million. The development is on Ari Soi 1, 300 metres from Ari BTS station according to Noble. That is a useful point of comparison if you regularly take the Skytrain. Walking the route on a viewing will also help you decide whether Ari suits your routine.

Thong Lo: Noble Form Thonglor, one-bedroom apartments from THB7.79 million. The featured layout, called Fullplex, has a section with a 4.85-metre-high ceiling. If high ceilings appeal to you, look at which part of the apartment has that height and how much usable space the home provides. Noble describes these three developments as ready to move into; agree the handover date for the particular apartment you choose.

What the THB1.35 million and THB1.65 million offers involve

The selected apartments at Nue Connex Condo Don Mueang were advertised at THB1.35 million, and those at Nue Noble Srinakarin–Lasalle at THB1.65 million. Both offers include furniture and an existing tenant. Noble places the Srinakarin–Lasalle development 60 metres from Si La Salle MRT station.

In everyday terms, you would be buying a home where someone already lives and pays rent. You become their landlord and take over the rental arrangement. If you want to live there yourself, establish when the lease ends and when the apartment can be handed over empty before setting a moving date.

If you plan to keep renting it out, ask to see the lease, the rent actually being paid and the payment history. Check the remaining lease term, deposit and furniture inventory, then allow for management charges and repairs. The purchase price is only part of the calculation: what matters is the rent left after those expenses.

Three more projects with advertised prices below THB3 million

  • Nue Ren Chaengwattana: from THB1.89 million. In the Chaengwattana area, near the Government Complex according to Noble.
  • Nue Coast Khu Khot Station: THB2.69 million. The advertised apartment is furnished and has one bedroom plus additional usable space. Check its dimensions against the furniture you want to put there.
  • Nue EPIC Asok–Rama 9: one-bedroom apartments from THB2.99 million. Noble describes it as near the MRT and Central Rama 9 shopping mall.

Use price and location to decide which of these three interests you, then ask about its handover schedule. If you have a fixed moving date, the timing matters as much as the price.

Ask for a price and handover date for the actual apartment

A.D. suggests starting with your total budget and when you need to move. Then ask for a written offer naming the apartment, its size and floor, final price, payment dates and handover date. It should say which furniture and appliances are included and what other costs you must pay. You can then compare specific apartments and what each would cost, rather than headline starting prices.

Tell A.D. Thailand your budget, the places you regularly travel to and whether you want to live in the apartment yourself. We can help compare suitable homes and arrange viewings; you can also explore more buyer guides in A.D. Journal.
