Want to live close to the BTS in Ari (อารีย์), with enough space to give work and family life their own place at home? VIA Ari (เวีย อารีย์) combines a location approximately 100 metres from BTS Ari with 114 residences in one building. Its range runs from one-bedroom apartments to 286-square-metre penthouses, making it worth considering if both rail access and room to live matter to you.
Developed by Sansiri Public Company Limited (บริษัท แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน)), the condominium stands on Soi Ari 1 in Bangkok’s Phaya Thai district. The official starting price is THB 19.9 million as of 27 October 2026. The developer’s October construction update lists final quality checks in progress, so a viewing is also the time to establish the inspection and handover timetable for your chosen home.

Try the walk that will become part of your day
The short distance to BTS Ari gives you something useful to test in person. Walk from the station to the entrance, ideally at your normal commuting time, and look at pavement space, crossings and shelter from rain. If your day is centred on Ari or Phaya Thai, compare the location with your actual journey rather than relying on a pin on a map.
Choose the rooms around the way you live
One-bedroom homes measure 45.25–46.25 square metres. Two-bedroom options come in three groups: 78.75–81.50, 91.75 and 116–118.50 square metres. Three-bedroom layouts start at 113.50 square metres, with larger choices of 154.50–154.75 and 176–177.50 square metres. Penthouses measure 286 square metres.
The largest two-bedroom and smallest three-bedroom homes are close in overall size. That makes a useful starting point for comparison: someone who works from home and values more room around the living and sleeping areas may prefer to start with the larger two-bedroom options; a family needing a separate child’s bedroom or guest room can prioritise three bedrooms. A.D. recommends comparing actual units within your budget, using the dimensions of your desk, dining table and beds to check circulation and storage.
Make parking and shared spaces fit your routine
The facilities include a pool, gym, multipurpose studio, private dining room, meeting room, lounges and a rooftop garden where pets are allowed. If you enjoy hosting, ask how private dining reservations work. Pet owners should confirm registration requirements, permitted routes and garden opening hours before choosing a home.
The brochure lists 194 parking spaces: 188 automated and 6 conventional. Drivers should check vehicle dimensions against the system’s limits and try the collection process during a visit. The project website names Plus Property for management and security, with concierge service; request the service hours and charges alongside the common-fee schedule.
Put the price and handover dates on the same checklist
THB 19.9 million is the current advertised starting price. Once you select a unit, request a written quotation covering its area, floor, included specifications, payment schedule and offer validity. With final quality checks still listed in the construction update, buyers planning a near-term move should agree the unit inspection, any follow-up work and the handover date before arranging furniture or movers.
