Pathum Thani is where Bangkok grows next. Thammasat’s Rangsit campus and other universities, Future Park Rangsit, golf courses and new estates along Vibhavadi and Lam Luk Ka have turned rice fields into suburbs, and the SRT Red Line now reaches Rangsit. Prices are still well below Bangkok’s, which is the attraction.
