Before I show a client a property, I've usually already walked every corner of it with a camera.

At A.D., I film and edit the property walkthroughs that go out every day across various social channels (TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Facebook and Instagram) to buyers in five languages. That work gives me two things most agents never get.

I know a property in detail, not from a brochure. When you've framed a living room from every angle, checked the light at different hours and cut the footage down to what really matters, you learn fast what a space does well and what the sales material leaves out.

And I know what buyers actually care about. I track how our content performs in every market, so I see every day which projects, layouts and price points buyers really stop for, not what developers hope they'll stop for.

As an advisor, I work with Thai buyers and international clients from around the world who are buying or investing in Bangkok. I'm fluent in English and Thai, so I can take you through the whole process, from the first shortlist to the contract. Because A.D. works with every developer in the city, the range goes from modern family homes to ultra-luxury residences and large land plots, not just a shortlist of partners. And I'll send you footage, photos and the details you didn't know to ask for, often before you ask.
