About me
A founder who knows Thai property from the inside.
I was born in Thailand into a Thai-Chinese business family and grew up in the UK. My career has been spent building companies — in real estate, food and beverage, supply chain, international trade and distribution, and beauty. A.D. is the one I am proudest of: a premium advisory built around a team of genuinely international advisors.
Luxury property in Thailand is a small world. The best residences are often spoken for before a launch is public, and the terms that matter are settled between people who know each other. After many years in Thai business, I know the developers, the teams behind their launches and many of the families who buy from them. That is what I bring to our clients: an early word, a straight answer, and access a listing cannot give.
I stay personally involved in our larger transactions, from the first viewing to the transfer. A client committing to a residence of this calibre deserves the attention of the person whose name is on the company.
