From THB 4.29 million, LIFE Phahon–Lat Phrao brings a ready-to-move Bangkok home, two rail systems and everyday shopping into one package. BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao is approximately 200 metres away and Central Ladprao is around 300 metres away. For a solo buyer or a couple, the appeal is easy to picture: a compact home with plenty close by.

The development is in Bangkok’s Chatuchak district, by Thai property developer AP Thailand, or AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited. Its Thai name is LIFE พหลฯ - ลาดพร้าว. There are 598 homes, sold ready to move into. Two layouts make a particularly useful comparison: a 28.5 sq m studio and a 35 sq m one-bedroom. Just 6.5 sq m separates them, but their rooms work quite differently.

A location that earns its place in the daily routine

At 996 Phahonyothin Road, the development is approximately 200 metres from BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao and 550 metres from MRT Phahon Yothin. Having a station on each of the two rail systems nearby gives residents options for travelling to different parts of Bangkok.

Lotus Lat Phrao is around 50 metres away for groceries, while Central Ladprao is around 300 metres away for shopping trips.

The 28.5 sq m studio keeps life in one main room

The A1-02 places the bed and sofa in one main space, with a balcony at the far end. A kitchen by the entrance is partitioned from the living and sleeping area, and the bathroom is also near the entrance. It is a compact plan with a separate place to cook.

A.D. would shortlist the studio for solo buyers making Bangkok a base for work or everyday life, who prioritise location and do not need a separate bedroom.

An extra 6.5 sq m buys a bedroom door

The 35 sq m B1-07 separates the bedroom from the living and dining area with its own door. The kitchen and bathroom sit near the entrance, while the balcony opens from the living room. The extra floor area creates a clearer division between daily activities.

That door can make a real difference for two people with different routines: one can go to bed while the other stays in the living room. A.D. would favour this layout for couples who share a home but want some separation in the evening.

Space to work and unwind beyond the apartment

Co-working space, Cloud Meeting, a Sky Lounge, fitness facilities and swimming pools give residents other places to spend time. A compact apartment can be a base, with shared spaces providing a change of setting for work, exercise and a break from the room.

The development has 283 parking spaces, with rail access remaining its strongest location advantage. Ready-to-move homes also let buyers experience the rooms and shared areas directly before choosing a layout. Prices vary by unit, floor and package.
