Phuket is Thailand’s most international place to own a home. The west coast — Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao and Laguna — holds the villas and the beach clubs; the south, around Rawai and Nai Harn, the yachts and the long-stay families. The island has international schools and hospitals, and direct flights across Asia and the Middle East. Demand from international buyers has been strong since 2023.
