SC Asset has unveiled RELIÉE, a new series of house designs for its Grand Bangkok Boulevard projects. The first homes are at Grand Bangkok Boulevard Chaengwattana–Ratchaphruek in Nonthaburi, and the series opens to the public on 10 October 2026.

The idea is in the tagline, “Thoughtfully Interwoven, Entirely Yours”. Each house weaves the family’s shared rooms and everyone’s private spaces together, so a large household can live closely without living on top of one another.

Modern French, on a grand scale

RELIÉE takes its style from Haussmann’s Paris: pale, stone-coloured façades, tall windows, slender balconies and dark timber screens framing a double-height entrance. Every house is two storeys, with covered parking for three to five cars.

Four house types

Every type has two living rooms, a family lounge upstairs, a dining room and a kitchen. The plan of Aurélia also shows a private swimming pool beside the living rooms.

Living in the project

Grand Bangkok Boulevard Chaengwattana–Ratchaphruek sits on about 40 rai in Bang Phlap, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. At its heart is a one-rai central park, and the clubhouse has a fitness centre, a kids’ room, a co-working space, a sky lounge, a steam room and a large swimming pool.

Security comes in layers: a smart gate, an intruder alarm with magnetic and shock sensors, 38 CCTV cameras around the project and guards around the clock.

Seven living solutions

  • Ruejai Home OS, SC Asset’s smart-home system
  • Air-quality solutions from SCG
  • Smoke and heat detectors
  • Solar roofs on the houses and the clubhouse
  • A smart gate with licence-plate recognition
  • AIS Fibre
  • An EV charger

Visiting from 10 October

The RELIÉE houses open to the public on 10 October 2026. If you would like to see them, an A.D. advisor can arrange the visit, come with you and walk you through each type in English, Thai, Chinese, Myanmar or Russian.

A note for buyers from abroad: Thai law does not let foreigners own land in their own name, so a house like these is usually bought by a Thai citizen or a Thai spouse, or held through a long lease. We are happy to explain the options before you visit.
