Rosewood Residences Bangkok brings Rosewood residential hospitality to Rama IV Road, directly opposite Lumphini Park and beside SO/ Bangkok. The project is developed by SC Asset Corporation in strategic partnership with Tokyo Tatemono Thailand, the Thai subsidiary of Japanese real estate company Tokyo Tatemono. It was announced on 28 October 2026. It comprises 85 private residences across 37 floors, with completion scheduled for 2030.
Previously presented as SC Residence / SC Residences, this is the same Rama IV project and the same A.D. Thailand listing. The freehold site combines a central Bangkok address with an outlook across one of the city’s most important green spaces. Rosewood service and a dedicated residential team form part of the residential proposition.

RESIDENCE PLANNING The preliminary residence collection comprises two-bedroom homes of approximately 173–194 sq.m., three bedrooms of 223–279 sq.m., four bedrooms of 270–364 sq.m., and five bedrooms of approximately 648 sq.m. Every residence is planned with an outlook towards Lumphini Park, alongside private lift access. Room orientations vary; in the preliminary two-bedroom plan, the second bedroom faces away from the park. Areas, layouts and views remain subject to the final released plans.
The earlier scheme records a 2-1-87 rai site, 298 parking spaces, four homes per floor on levels 8–20 and a single 648 sq.m. home per floor on levels 34–37. Facilities were planned on level 7, including the club and swimming pool, level 22 and level 31 sky facilities. These are early planning particulars; final unit allocations and facility layouts follow the current released plans.
PETS AND DAILY LIVING The project has consulted on allowing pets. A.D. can obtain the current rules for dogs and cats, including any size, number and shared-area conditions, alongside the residence plan and service details.
